No. Per Airport Management Regulations, rental car handover is strictly prohibited at Naha Airport — picking up there would be an illegal commercial activity.

We can deliver the vehicle directly to hotels within the Naha to American Village range, with no extra delivery fee.

The day before return, we will contact you via WhatsApp or LINE to confirm the return time and share the nearest gas station locations.

Accidents

A: In case of an accident, please notify us as soon as possible. Stay calm: first move the vehicle to a safe location (if still drivable), check the status of passengers and any third parties (if applicable), and call the police for assistance.

Ordinary scratches are already covered. Being hit by another vehicle is fully covered regardless of severity (zero deductible). Only when an accident is caused by the driver and is moderate or severe will the driver pay a deductible (varies by vehicle class: ¥50,000–¥100,000). This protection is sufficient for both customers and the company. Tires are not covered by insurance.

If a tire is damaged, towing is provided free of charge, and we will help follow up — only the cost of replacing the tire is excluded.
